The convenient beach area location, comfortable king bed in a decent-sized brand-new room, and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff made for a fantastic stay.

Proximity to the airport Rooms were really ok, a bit pricey though Airport pickup worked after calling the hotel upon arrival Perfectly fine if you're arriving into HKT airport late or have an early morning departure

We arrived late, around midnight, and could not really find food close by. So be prepared. Breakfast was awful.

No coffee or tea, very noisy all night, sounded like being in a indoor swimming pool! Breakfast had no toast or cereal.

The bathroom was very dirty.The shower curtain was full of moisture. Some of the staff had a lot of trouble speaking English which made us stay in the airport for 30 minutes until the pick up arrives to get us. The room was full of mosquitos and smelled like moisture.

The bed was very clean. the room was a nice size and well-appointed. - the staff I met were especially helpful and attentive. - the restaurant provided authentic dishes.

Excellent experience there. Decent sized standard double room with balcony, a separate shower cabin, for example. Amazing friendly staff at all times.

The units have balconies and are conveniently located close to the restaurant, the international and domestic airport, as well as Nai Yang Beach, all within walking distance from the airport door.

This is a simple, no frills, clean little hotel just over the road from the airport. Having checked out of our resort at midday we had 13 hours to kill before our early morning flight. The Airport Mansion was somewhere to use as a base to leave our bags while we went for a few hours in Phuket followed by a couple of hours sleep. The room was basic but very clean - absolutely ideal.

incredibly nice staff and compact rooms, we had a such great experience. location: the hotel was just off a quiet neighbourhood within a walking distance to 711 and other shops for late night food cravings, the airport and the air port and free transportation to-and-from the airport. we could drink something at bill bentley pub, located 1 km away.

A very noisy location being near the airport. Could not sleep due to noise of airplanes as well as noise of other guests in the hallways as they were talking and closing doors. The staff have no personality - one staff member in particular is so brash in her approach - not welcoming at all. The "restaurant" is a room resembling a canteen and is infested with mosquitos. Dirty tableclothes, flat coke, no ambiance at all. We skipped the breakfast which was included in the price because of this. No hairdryer in the room, no travel adapter available from reception. We could not wait to get out of there. Thank God we only booked for 1 night on our way out of Thailand.

The location was very convenient, as it took only 5 minutes to reach the airport. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were equipped with air conditioning and had all the basic necessities. I appreciated the separate shower cabin and the fact that breakfast was included in the rate. it was a good value for money.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.
